Chuso has withdrawn:
USA will be throwing Kocian, Skinner, Biles and Ross for the all around prelims, Desch is the team alternate, while Bauman will compete on three events and Locklear just bars. Also, US is putting their top three gymnasts last:
Balance beam: Skinner, Kocian, Baumann, Biles, Ross
Floor exercise: Kocian, Baumann, Ross, Skinner, Biles
Vault: Kocian, Baumann, Ross, Skinner, Biles
Uneven bars: Skinner, Biles, Ross, Kocian, Locklear

For qualifications Russia will be taking a different approach, with their top three first for a team final scenario. Here is their line-up:
Floor: Kramarenko, Sosnitskaya, Mustafina, Kharenkova, Spiridonova
Vault: Kramareno, Nabieva, Mustafina, Sosnitskaya, Khaenkova
Bars: Spiridonova, Kramarenko, Mustafina, Sosnitskaya, Nabieva
Beam: Kramarenko, Mustafina, Kharenkova, Spiridonova, Sosnitskaya
