Stuttgart is this weekend the host of the 3rd World Cup meet of the 2016 season . Here are the results of the women’s competition, which took place on Saturday afternoon:

Sophie Scheder  won with a huge all around score, the highest she’s ever had in a competition at this level: 57.032 . She vaulted a Yurchenko full for a 14.066, won bars with a 15.033, was second on beam with 14.433 and secure on floor with a 13.5. Canada’s  Isabela Onysko was second with 56.665. This is her 3rd big all around result of the season, after Gymnix and Canada Elite. Hundley “won” vault (14.933 for her Yurchenko double full) and floor (14.00), was secure on beam (143.00), but had a big deduction on bars (13.266).

Seda Tutkhalyan from Russia finished 4th with  55.899. She was amazing on beam, getting the highest score of the competition for her routine (14.800). She was very solid on bars (14.433). But had a poor showing a vault, normally a strong event for her, after crashing the DTY (13.400). On floor she stepped out of bounds on a double pike (13.266). Pauline Schaefer placed 5th with 54.698. Her highest score came on vault where she received a 14.533.
